Football Kenya Federation’s Electoral Board has on Monday, November 4, 2019, kicked off scrutiny of the voter register ahead of the upcoming elections.
The exercise will see the Board cross-check the voters’ eligibility, with a preliminary list set to be published on November 11, 2019.
The Board will then open a three-day window, between November 13, and November 15, 2019, in which disputes relating to the voter register will be heard.
Those not satisfied with the Board’s decisions can further seek recourse at the FKF Appeals Committee, if need be, between November 18, and November 20, 2019.
The final list of eligible voters will be published on November 21, 2019.
County elections have been scheduled for November 23, while the National polls have been lined up on December 7, 2019.
